Parents come learn how to support your teen in this free 1-hr talk
Teenage depression isn’t just bad moods and the occasional melancholy – it’s a serious problem that impacts every aspect of a teen’s life. In this talk we will cover:
- How to recognize the signs and symptoms of teenage depression (It might look different than you think!)
- How to talk to your teen if you suspect he/she may be depressed
- How you can help your teen manage and cope with periods of depression
And learn beneficial approaches for understanding and supporting the teen in your life.
