FUSS is happy to sponsor this student-initiated and student-coordinated event, because it meets FUSS’s vision which is to empower students to share their experiences, knowledge and skills with other students while raising money to support the programs and schools in FUSD.

To organize this camp, Shooting Star students have put in a lot of effort to gather worksheets from various states that have adopted Common Core Standards since 2010. This camp aims at helping 3rd – 6th graders develop better math and language arts skills.
